Turkey and Avocado Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

Sliced turkey breast (about 8 slices)

1 avocado, sliced

4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)

1/4 cup sliced cucumber

Mustard or hummus for spreading (optional)


Instructions

  1. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a clean surface.

  2. Place 2 slices of turkey breast on each lettuce leaf.

  3. Top the turkey with sliced avocado and sliced cucumber.

  4. If desired, add a spread of mustard or hummus on top of the turkey for extra flavor.

  5. Roll up the lettuce leaves tightly around the turkey, avocado, and cucumber, creating a wrap.

  6. Secure each wrap with toothpicks if needed.
