Avocado Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the salad.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Add your favorite protein, if desired.
