Overnight oats are one of my favorite, easy breakfast recipes. I love that all of the hard work is done in advance and, when you are ready to eat them, you can just take them out of the fridge and go! These Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats are a tasty, filling breakfast that can be enjoyed on the go.

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 cup oats gluten-free if needed
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 Tbs maple syrup
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 apple, shredded skin on
1/2 cup apples, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

Prep
1. Shred and chop apples.

Make

1. Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well.

2. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Remove from refrigerator and stir. Garnish with chopped apple, more maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
