Peanut Butter Rice Krispies
Peanut butter rice krispies are one of my favorite sweet treats! They can be made with any of your favorite nut butters, and the crispy rice cereal will give these treats just the right amount of crunch. With maple syrup to tie it all together, you can’t go wrong with these tasty peanut butter rice krispies!

Ingredients

1 1/3 tbsps Coconut Oil
2/3 cup Maple Syrup
2/3 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
3 1/3 cups Rice Puffs Cereal
Instructions
- Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper (use a larger baking dish if serving size is adjusted higher).
- In a medium pot over low-medium heat, whisk together maple syrup and peanut butter until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and let cool, about 5 minutes.
- Add puffed rice and gently mix with a spatula until evenly coated.
- Transfer to loaf pan and press down firmly. Freeze for 20 minutes or until firm. Slice into bars or squares and enjoy!
